Click & Collect:

Pickups are available from our store in Eden Terrace, Auckland, NZ.

You will receive a notification email when your order is ready to be collected.

Our Pick up in store days are Monday to Friday, 9am to 4pm excluding weekends and holidays.
Processing Targets:

We aim to process in-stock orders within 1-3 full business days of the order being paid but allow up to 7 full working days.

In case some items are temporarily out of stock and cannot be restocked within 7 working days, we will update you.

Some products on backorder, can take more than 7 days to arrive, but please feel free to contact us for more information.

Some products are on backorder and others we have in stock, we aim to ship all products together once they are all available. Let us know if you need in-stock items urgently, and pay split shipping or partial collection, please get in touch with our customer services team. An additional shipping fee will apply.

All orders are processed at Nickel & Young in Auckland.

Shipping fees for NZ orders are displayed at checkout.

Bulk orders may require an extra shipping fee in addition to the initial checkout shipping, we will update you if that is required.

Split shipping an order will incur an additional shipping fee.

eGift cards do not incur a shipping fee as they are not physical items.

Rural deliveries and orders including dangerous goods may take up to 5 days.
